AI ChatGPT Gloves Are Coming Off: Bing vs. Google

Google has been dominating search since I could remember the invention of the internet. According to AI ChatGPT: Google is considered the most used search engine, with a market share of over 80%. It captures almost 95% of mobile traffic and around 78% of desktops and laptops use Google, making it the most popular search engine even more than all others combined. They are going live on February 8, 2023 in Paris to talk all about the future of search.

AI Bing

But now there's a new sheriff in town (or is it an old sheriff reimagined? Bing.

According to this TechCrunch article, Microsoft is working to incorporate a faster version of OpenAI’s ChatGPT, known as GPT-4, into Bing in the coming weeks in a move that would make the search engine more competitive with Google, according to a new report from Semafor. The integration would see Bing using GPT-4 to answer search queries. This comes on the hills of an extended partnership between Open AI and Microsoft.

Which one will win? Stay tuned.

Learn from Jeff Bezos

In 1994, Bezos found a staggering statistic that sparked the idea for Amazon. This is what he said, “I found this fact on a website that the web was growing at 2,300 percent per year,” Bezos told CNBC in a 2001 interview. “The idea that sort of entranced me was this idea of building a bookstore online.” And now it's the largest online retailer in the world.

The point I want you to take away is the phenomenal growth he saw in the nascent internet and he took bold, decisive action. A great read is Amazon Unbound.

AI ChatGPT is Everything Everywhere All at Once

Actress Michelle Yeoh's performance in Everything Everywhere All At Once was phenomenal. She deserves to win an Oscar for her performance. She portrays a middle-aged Chinese immigrant who is swept into a plethora of multiverses in which she alone must save the world by living different versions of herself.

AI ChatGPT's explosion onto the world scene strikes me as similar. It's as if it came out of nowhere and exploded onto the scene in an instant and now it is everything we talk about and it is everywhere we look. But just like Mr. Bezos, what are you going to do with this staggering information? Will you take bold, decisive action or let this opportunity pass you by?

Keep This in Mind Before Using AI ChatGPT

AI ChatGPT is a great tool to help you streamline your business. It's a virtual assistant right in your back pocket. But before you use the outputs of ChatGPT, be sure to do the following two things first.

According to AI ChatGPT:

  • Users should rephrase the results they get from ChatGPT to ensure the writing is original and not flagged for plagiarism

  • Since ChatGPT is based on AI, the results may not always be perfect and may lack context, so rephrasing helps to ensure that the writing better conveys the intended meaning.

The Best Rephrasing Tool

The best rephrasing tool that I've come across is WriteSonic. It rewrites the sentences you get from AI ChatGPT so that it is original and plagiarism-free.

Even though WriteSonic will give you 100 percent totally new content, the best way to ensure that is to once again use another tool that ensures your content will not be flagged and taken down. The best tool I've come across is Originality AI.

According to AI ChatGPT

  • Users of ChatGPT should check for plagiarism before using the results to avoid potential legal and ethical issues

  • ChatGPT does not work like traditional plagiarism detection software as it generates new answers each time it is run. Hence the importance of checking for plagiarism every time.

The Best Plagiarism Checker

If you're a serious content creator you need to put Originality AI into your writing arsenal. With the release of AI ChatGPT there is now an ever-growing need to constantly check for accuracy and authenticity. Originality AI is the only AI checker that successfully detects GPT-3 written content.

So in conclusion, always be sure to not only rephrase your outputs, but double-check to make sure it's 100 percent plagiarism-free.
